Derogatory imaging

Changes to a photograph of a model involved cropping the image, reversing it and removing the forest background such that the originally large photograph became quite small. This, the Patents County Court said, amounted to derogatory treatment. Cases involving infringement of moral rights and specifically derogatory treatment in the context of photographs are relatively rare.
