Online rights

The European Commission has published a new code of online rights for citizens of member states. It covers rights to accessing and using online services, e-commerce and access to justice. The code also sets out the right not to be discriminated against, the right to protection of personal data, the right to receive information before making an agreement online, fair and unfair contract terms, delivery of goods and withdrawal from online contracts.
